Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MGCNLCA Merchandise Store, operated by MGC New Life Christian Academy. By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to them.

Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent, guardian or authorised school representative, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the actual item because of display and lighting differences, and garment measurements may vary a little between production runs.

Products are subject to availability. Stock levels shown on the site reflect our inventory at the time of viewing, and an item may sell out between the moment you add it to your bag and the moment you check out.

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm payment.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive acknowledges that we have your order, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch the items or make them available for pickup.

We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — where the item is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, payment could not be verified, or we suspect fraud or abuse.

Payment is processed on a secure checkout page hosted by Shopify. We do not receive, handle or store your card number. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout, and your order will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

Orders are usually prepared within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days within Metro Manila and 5–10 business days for provincial addresses. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and peak periods can affect them.

You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect address, or for repeated failed delivery attempts.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you, or collected by you or someone acting on your behalf.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.

Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item to begin. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank may take several additional business days to post the credit.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

Personalised, made-to-order and clearance items may be non-returnable. Where that applies, it is stated on the product page.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the store or its systems;
• scrape, copy or resell our content or product data without written permission; or
• submit false information, or place orders you do not intend to pay for.

The MGC New Life Christian Academy name, logo, seal, crest and all designs, images, text and other content on this store are owned by the school or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Buying merchandise does not give you any right to reproduce, reprint or commercially use these marks or designs.

Checkout, payments and order records are provided through Shopify, and this site is hosted on DigitalOcean. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Shopify’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.

The store is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including your rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MGC New Life Christian Academy, its trustees, officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the proper courts of Taguig City, to the exclusion of other venues.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last revised.
